The hotel is conveniently located near popular tourist attractions, with no homeless people around. It has free private parking and is fairly quiet in the morning, but fully booked at night. The room is a bit old, but the facilities are complete. Pros: Affordable price, and all the staff were excellent—they kindly allowed us to check out one hour late without extra charge. Cons: I stayed on the upper floor, and the floorboards were not sturdy—despite moving very slowly and carefully, every step created noise that likely disturbed the room below. The air conditioner and refrigerator were also quite loud at night.

It was very close to the airport but did not hear air traffic. Was very close to the concert hall. It was quiet, clean a clean convenient too walk to eat or go to the store. Ed, the Manager was very friendly and concerned about waiting for the unreliable Yellow Checkered cab that never shows up for a reservation made 2 days in advance for the Cher show! I would stay again if in the area!

While the property is a bit dated. Room has all one needs. Fridge, microwave, large TV and comfy bed. I loved no carpet. Owner is extremely accommodating, professional and kind! My stay was unexpected. Husband required emergency surgery three hours away from home. I was stressed to say the least. Owner provided safe accommodations and was wonderfully flexible and accommodating.

Great manager so helpful and location 10 mins drive from San Jose airport and 10 mins walk from Santa Clara train station. Close to Santa Clara University. Good food half a block away or just across the street. Microwave and fridge if you want to feed yourself, but I didn’t have a car so no grocery shopping. Good bus service on The Alameda in front of the motel.

My first time in San Jose for a work trip. The host at the desk was so friendly and welcoming. The property was very well maintained and was newly renovated outside and in. Bed and pillows were so comfy. I’m sensitive to sounds and it was a very quiet and cozy room. The location was great, very close to restaurants (Wicked Chicken was yummy).
